‘Really professional’
From the first time we met Scott we were impressed by his approach and quality of work. We had had several other quotes whereby they wanted to rip out the existing steel bath as it would have been “too much effort” to remove the tiles without chipping the bath etc – Scott however didn’t see this as a problem and suggested we keep the bath as it was in good condition and it wouldn’t be an issue to remove it whilst the tiles were replaced. This meant we could spend more money on tiles etc.
We decided to have the bathroom done whilst we were away on holiday to avoid the disruption and allow Scott and his guys the time to work at it without the need to re-connect the toilet etc each night. We had no problem leaving Scott the keys whilst we were away and would thoroughly recommend doing it this way if you can. Scott contacted us with any issues that came up and we felt re-assured that everything was under control.
We weren’t disappointed we returned from holiday to a superb job and are delighted with the results. We would definitely recommend Scott and his team – normally you return from your holidays on a downer but not this time we had a fantastic bathroom to come home to !
